These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kengoodrich.com (the "Site"), operated by 247 Service Corporation LLC ("we," "us," or "our") on behalf of Ken Goodrich. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

The Site offers books and related materials for sale. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

For signed copies, dedications and personalizations are subject to Ken's discretion and availability.

All payments are processed by 247 Service Corporation LLC through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize 247 Service Corporation LLC to charge your card for the full amount of your order. Charges will appear on your statement as 247 Service Corp.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or in your confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the information below. Refunds, if any, are handled at our discretion and may be subject to the condition of the item received. Pre-orders are subject to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of purchase.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the E-Myth trade-specific editions, is owned by or licensed to 247 Service Corporation LLC and Ken Goodrich and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use such content without prior written permission.

When you submit information through our forms (such as mentorship, speaking, interview, real estate, business opportunity, Elite Edge guest, consulting, or contact requests), you grant us permission to review and use that information to respond to your inquiry and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
